Teleperformance is dedicated to setting the best standards and adhering to ethical practices in order to make a positive impact on our people and on the world.

The United Nations' Global Compact (UNGC) consists of ten Principles that guide companies and corporations towards best workplace practices. Focused on four areas, each principle is designed to allow businesses to embrace the greater good, and employ ethical strategies and solutions. The principles are also centered on promoting equality in the workplace, environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and fair business practices. 

By being a signatory of the UNGC since 2011, Telepeformance continues to be committed to maintaining a culture of togetherness, reliability, diversity, inclusivity, and integrity by adhering to policies that value human rights, ethics, labor laws, sustainability, and zero corruption.

Global Compact: A Strategic Policy Initiative of the United Nations

The Global Compact is a strategic policy initiative of the United Nations to align businesses with human rights, labor, environmental, and anti-corruption principles. It is a commitment that ensures markets, commerce, technology, and finance advance to benefit economies and societies worldwide.

We are a signatory of the UNGC since 2011.

To help us embrace and adhere to the universal principles of the UN Global Compact, we formally launched our Global Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (“Global CSR Committee” or “Committee”). This Committee is responsible for creating and overseeing the worldwide Group CSR strategy efforts, including developing the necessary policies, and ensuring compliance.
